Selling our Cyclone luxury toy hauler with numerous upgrades and special order options that make it a perfect rig for off grid living or camping. This floor plan/cap is a unique design borrowed from the original Titanium RV's that allows more living space while maintaining a compact package while hooked up to the truck and an aerodynamic shape to save fuel.

This rig has 32" flat panel TV in the living room with JVC DVD/CD/MP3 player and large u-shaped dinette that has a section that can be removed for more space if the extra seating is not needed. 10' garage with extra tie downs, pre-wired for TV, and wired with aux 12v power to run higher current mobile devices. Kitchen has Corian counter tops, Deep double stainless sink, 3 burner cooktop w/oven, and a residential sized hood style microwave. Bedroom has residential sized queen bed, good sized closet, 23" LED TV, and pre-wired for A/C (we never found a need for a 2nd A/C).
100gal. fresh water, 45gal. grey, 45gal. galley, 45gal. black tanks. Hydraulic landing gear for quick hookup and leveling.

Weight was right at 15,000lb wet ready to go camping with all of our personal belongings and right at 3,100lb hitch weight. (No toys or fuel included) Rec. at least late model 3500SRW or older 3500DRW truck to pull this rig. (We used our 2006 Ram 3500) Check your ratings to be sure. Even though all the listed specs for this rig say the length is 37', they are wrong......It is right at 40', but only 35.5' is behind the hitch due to the Titanium front cap.....(See pics hooked up)

Ordered options:
Dual Pane thermal windows.
20 gal Aux. fuel tank. (In addition to the standard 30 Gal fuel station) Total 50 gals fuel capacity
Pull down screen for the garage room for when the ramp door is open.
Electric rear stabilizer jacks
Garage edged carpet that rolls up for when you have toys back there.
Bedroom TV with quick change bracket that can be moved to the outside swivel bracket. We upgraded this to a 23" Samsung LED TV last year.

Options we had installed:
Winegard "Road Trip" auto satellite tracker dome. (Roof Mounted)
An off grid solar system consisting of six-185 watt solar panels, Outback Flexmax 80 solar charge controller, Magnum MS2012 Pure Sine whole house inverter with remote, and two-8D Deka AGM batteries 500Ah capacity (Just replaced 5 months ago)
Camco Wave 8 catalytic heater (Keeps things toasty in the sub freezing temps without draining the batteries and burning all your propane) the two bottles kept us warm for our 11 day sub freezing trips.
Slide out awnings....new fabrics just installed (To keep the leaves, snow, and pine needles off the slide rooms)
Thermostatic Fantastic Fans with fully automatic thermostats and rain sensors.
Third axle was added in 2013 for better towing manners and stopping power.
Goodyear G614 Load Range G tires. ( About 60% tread remaining) Spare is G614 too.
Correct track axle alignment system. (Tows strait, saves tire wear, and improves fuel economy)
KYB Gas Adjust shocks.
Rear receiver hitches (3) wired for lights. (Also have 8X7 swivel wheel trailer available for sale to go with it for those extra toys you want to take along...used twice before selling the ATV's)
Hard start kit on the air conditioner for use with smaller generator.
LED lighting throughout to reduce heat and power consumption.
Starlights motion sensor activated porch light.
Recent upgraded Serta pillow top mattress in bedroom.
Heat retarding ceramic rubber roof coating that dropped interior temps by 7° in direct sunlight and protects the rubber roof.
Rear spot lights wired to the reverse light circuit for backing into that camping spot late at night.
LED exterior clearance/marker lights for less power consumption from the tow vehicle and better visibility.
Full sized fire extinguisher in kitchen.
Rechargeable Stinger LED flashlight mounted to kitchen cabinet.

Interior is like new other than some tire rub marks in the garage and a couple of dings in the walls of the garage. Gelcoat/decals are shiny. Just had it buffed and waxed for the winter season. There is one small scuff/dent at the LR corner (see pics). Also just had the exterior sealant checked over and touched up for the winter season.

Rig is ready to roll! Toss in your personal stuff and camp all fall/winter.......
NADA guide has List at $75,932, Low Book at $43,915, and high book at $52,975 with some of the options not even listed to add to the report......I haven't been able to find a 300C on the west side of the US under $54K.

Title in hand and just payed the tags for the coming year.

Asking $40,000

Garage dimensions? Garage pictures? Reason selling??

The garage is 10' but only 9'11" to the kitchen door. I uploaded the garage pics.....somehow I missed those!

We are selling this one because we are hauling with a Peterbilt with a 16' flat bed to haul our toys now......Jeep and Maverick. Figured why haul around an empty garage all the time when we could get a standard 5th wheel and that is shorter and gain more living space. Put a lot of thought, time, and money into the Cyclone and thought it would be THE rig for a long time, but funny how things change.
