helmet law?

so has there been any change to the helmet law? have a buddy that says you dont have to where one now ! i can care less if u do or not but i dont like to post pics if it is against the law! so whats is the law? thanks mike

As far as I know you still have to wear one !!

thats what i was thinking and seeing when searching. some people were erying to say 1000 cc or over dont have to? but seen its how its registered! thanks

I believe it's 1000 cc or less, has to wear them. I seriously doubt that they can go through your pictures and cite you.

I still think you should have a choice, but I never ride without one either.

thanks guys! just not right to post good pics only to not be able because of that if you know what i mean? what about the guys that dont where one but bring it just incase they run into the law? your just trying to not get caught when you know the law .
