BLM Announces Comment Period Extension on the BLM's Proposed Planning Rule

Dear BRC Action Alert Subscriber,

In response to requests from the public, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has extended the comment period on the proposed planning rule by 30 days. The comment period now closes on May 25, 2016. You may submit comments by any of the following methods:

The BLM has hosted two webinars on the proposed planning rule. The first webinar was held on March 21, 2016, and provided an overview of proposed changes. The second webinar was held on April 13, 2016, and focused on frequently asked questions. Please see the links below for recordings of both webinars.

Please note a correction in the date announced on the webinar, the correct closing date is May 25, 2016.
