I was there in the early 80's with my K10. Except for the heat and a rattlesnake freaking out one of the kids, I recall I had a good time. Would have been much more fun with a RZR.

Stoneyford is an Awesome place to ride! Been about 5-6 times in the last 2-years. Riding is just like Shasta Chappie. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160212/a0310f4782a47a2dcbc554cc1fbabe05.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160212/6cdf1d5fe3b61ced0b82e4f783e2b801.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160212/b2d524aedd0261ee7310e324ab34c99c.jpg

We went for the first time two weeks ago and really enjoyed it. We didn't encounter any Rangers/Law Enforcement, but I am told that they strictly enforce the "No OHV" roads/areas.

Sounds like the place has gone to hell.

It's been about 6 years since I've been there and there were Rangers that were citing people for loud exhaust and stuff like that. Mike621 said that it's really crowded and dangerous. Was there many people there?

We only encountered two dirt bikes while riding. We heard a few bikes go by while we were stopped for lunch.
