Looks like the car has some issues, turbo may not be the only thing you have to do
My XP 900 had a problem with valve guides !! Suppose to be a problem with them !!

Since it's a full motor build it's going to be torn down anyways with new rod bearings crank bearings and after seeing the intake I'm going to install a new oil pump as well, everything will be sent out to the machine shop for hot tank and all new parts installed.

Are you tracing any issues to the use of Polaris engine oil like Alba Racing has? If so, what oil do you recommend?

Polairs engine oil is crap...
I run Valvoline 10-40 in all cars turbo cars and normally aspirated cars.
That Being said the Polaris transmission oil for the XP 900 is all I run so go figure lol

Once it's set up for your car, shouldn't have to adjust it.
It's not too bad to set up yes I do sell them and I can walk you through fine-tuning it for your car.

I had to redo some of the intake aluminum tubing , since it already had and air filter in the bed from before I utilized the same setup
