Way too much speculation and not enough facts yet Don....until the whole story emerges, I'm just sad that such a famous Oregon company will go to the wayside.

This is a bummer. I bought their exhaust system for my old Teryx and it was a very, very nice product. Sucks when people building good stuff go away.
