I see posts about people putting it on its side and am wondering what is the biggest cause of people rolling. I have about 1000 utv miles and am yet to roll.

Does a flop over count? Doing doughnuts in a muddy lakebed, hit a dry spot and high-sided!

Letting your 16 son and friends go on a short last ride by themselves! Nothing good happens to high school boys by themselves. !!!

I caught the end of a log on the top part of my XP900 once. Flipped over backwards. Was going up a steep hill at the time.

I was told it was the notorious "flip sand" that hides beneath the sand dunes. This is what got me!

(please excuse my wife's slip of the tongue. LOL!)

I'll have to find them. It really wasn't that bad. But was considered totalled. Bent tie rods, broke front axles, tweaked roll cage and a arm mounts.

I've never done it, but the times I've come close is power sliding and letting off of the throttle , mid slide.

Ditto, especially with the front sway bar removed. Seems counterintuitive initally, but staying on the gas is the key. Thanks, Dad, for teaching me stuff when dads could more easily do that with their kid.
